Hey there! I’m Salvatore Steffano. I am SM180’s Visionary & Partner at Social Marketing 180. I consider myself as a man of many hats. I have the ability to be able to take on any task and succeed at it with my vast accumulation of skills and wisdom in strategy, creative problem solving, sales and marketing. .

What does my typical day in the company look like? Everyday I look for ways on how we can improve our systems and how we can serve our clients better. I also develop marketing strategies to get more clients coming in. My daily goal is to improve our sales processes and make sure everything sales-related is running smoothly.

What motivates me is my mission to help business owners in every way I can to bring success to their companies. I am inspired by Gino Wickman, the author of Traction and Founder of the EOS system. EOS is the reason why every member in our team knows what they are accountable for and what our goals are. EOS has changed the way I do business. Without having a clear roadmap that EOS helps entrepreneurs (and especially visionaries), I would still be stuck where I was 15 years ago when I started my own business.

During my free time, I like to read non-fiction books and travel around the world! I also like to spend my time with my friends and family. But what I like to do most is to learn how to better serve our clients and take better care of our employees -making sure everything they need is heard and given to them.
