Hey there! I’m Matthew Mouan. I am SM180’s Client Success Representative guy!

What does my typical day in the company look like? I play a big role in making sure that all my accounts are all well taken care of. I make sure all the accts are doing great by calling all new leads as fast as I can once they appear on my pipeline and book appointments. I also make sure to reply to all text messages and answer all leads’ inquiries.

What motivates me to wake up at 6pm everyday is my family. They are the reason why I want to be better everyday. I wanted to give them a life full of happiness and success.

During my free time, you can catch me playing video games, working out or playing guitar. If I’m not doing one of the three I am sitting in my room either reading or with my family!
