Live Transfer Specialist

Hey there! I’m Katrina Pilar I am SM180’s Live Transfer Specialist.

What does my typical day in the company look like? I play a big role in working for our Real Estate clients, I call the leads and ask about their criteria and if they are qualified I transfer them to our RE clients. I make sure to help our clients find viable buyers and deliver 8 live transfers every month and also help those buyer leads find their perfect home.

What motivates me to work night shifts is having a healthy work culture and working with optimistic leaders and colleagues who encourage me to do better everyday and celebrate my small wins.They are very goal oriented and will really help you enhance in this company.

During my free time, you can find me cooking or cleaning my apartment – if not, I’m playing Sims 4, watching Kdramas or home renovations videos.
