Hey there! I’m Christy Joy Escarcida. I am SM180’s Client Success Representative.

What does my typical day in the company look like? I play a big role in booking appointments with all the accounts that were assigned to me by the company. I make follow-ups with all the new and old leads to make sure they are booked with the service they signed up for. I also make sure to reply to those unread messages and answer the inquiries of each lead. And of course, to provide the best customer service and satisfaction to assure our customers that they are booked in the right service, time and location.

What motivates me is my family. I wanted to provide the best life and live with a convenient and happy life with them without worrying about financial issues. And also to work on my career growth and I am surrounded with beautiful and awesome people.

During my free time, you can find me hanging out with my family, watching tv, walking my dogs and cooking them with a new menu and trying out new places and restaurants that we haven’t tried yet.
