Hey there! I’m Maurice Elias I am SM180’s Client Success RepresentativeDirector of Operations | Account manager | Client Satisfaction Manager .
What does my typical day in the company look like? I play a big role in making sure operations run smoothly and there are no issues and training new operations employees. I make sure all the acts are doing great and listen to phone calls and read text messages to see what we can improve on as a team to make SM180 the best out there! If there are issues the operation team is having, I handle them right away. Also if a client has an issue, I will call them and get all the information about the issue and resolve it right away for them. I work closely with Sal and Andrew making sure we have all the tools we need and update them if we do not.
What motivates me to wake up at 4am everyday to go to the gym and make it back by 6 to start work is my family and wanting a better lifestyle not just for me but everyone around me. Gym First because health is wealth and without health, what’s the good of having money if you can’t enjoy it and help people. Too much money in the world to not let your family enjoy it and help others around the world.
During my free time, free time you can catch me playing video games, at the gym or hiking. If I’m not doing one of the three I am sitting in my room either reading or with my friends or family!
